This Friday Peter got done with classes early so I claimed him for myself for the rest of the day. We decided to go hiking up Sleeping Giant since the fall weather is so beautiful and with all the changing colors we figured the views would be spectacular...they were!

Beautiful fall leaves, the colors were so vivid, this picture doesn't do it justice
Me trying to figure out the easiest way to the top :-)
On the way home we just had to pull over and
take this picture of the lake right next to the
law school. It was so beautiful!

Yay Liz! I found your blog! I love your pictures from the hike, it looks like you two had a good time. PS, you are super-buff for doing two walks/hikes in one day!
I am super impressed Liz. Was it manageable for a wimp like me? Maybe we'll have a go at it next weekend. I was able to steal Brandon away last Friday to do Lyman Orchard - it was so so fun! Isn't it great to steal our hubbies away from school?!
Those are so great Liz. I would not have been able to hike at your stage. I considered hiking up to the Y about a week before Audrey was due to speed things up, but let's be honest--I probably would have given birth on the Y.
It looks like you are really enjoying life in CT.
Haha, there is no way I could have hiked up the Y. There were lots of different trails, some looked hard but we ended up taking one which was pretty much a gentle uphill walk with a few steeper parts. To be honest the worst part was coming down cuz the baby kept bouncing on my bladder. Lol.
Hey Liz! I tagged you on my blog today. I can't wait to hear about your fun quirks, if you have any:) check it out!
Liz! That is so cool that you are pregnant! I love your long hair!... It is so gorgeous! The autumn colors are also beautiful. It is so fun to see everyones pictures on their blogs right now because it is a beautiful season. What are you guys up to lately? Are you still in Utah?
Hey Liz, I'm so happy that you have a blog--it is so cute! I'm so glad that you and Peter found some time to enjoy such a beautiful day together! Oh, and I love your tradition of carving squash, that's just so fun. I hope you guys are coming to the ward Halloween party; if so, we'll so you there!
